Our aftersales service ensures that we are always by your side, even after installation. That way, we ensure that our solutions are also perfectly customised when you place repeat orders, add extensions or make conversions, for example.

Inspection for long-term performance

An integral part of our aftersales service is the optional annual inspection. This regular inspection does more than just ensure that our products continue to deliver the expected performance in the long term. It also enables us to identify and rectify potential problems early on before they lead to serious faults.

The reliable repair service

Should your PSM transponders and other modules that are used on a daily basis require repairs, you can count on our reliable repair service. You can easily send defective modules to our lab for technical inspection. Our experienced team of technicians conducts thorough analyses and uses cutting-edge technologies to restore the transponders to perfect condition.
